The game is based on the popular TV show and offers a multiplayer twist. The player takes on the role of a candidate, answering 15 questions with four possible answers.

The gameplay varies from the original in that it includes more comical elements, such as choosing a character with humorous statements to accompany the game. Additionally, there are three difficulty levels: "normal" follows the traditional rules, while "easy" mode offers extra lives and "hard" mode eliminates jokers. The "quick fire" mode requires players to answer as many questions as possible within time limits.

Multiplayer mode allows multiple players to compete in a faster-paced format. Players can buzz in after the question is stated, with the fastest player earning the right to answer. They also have the option to force another player to answer, but risk punishment if they succeed. Each player starts with three lives and must answer 15 questions correctly to win.

There are four multiplayer variations: quick fire, play-or-pass, millionaire remix, and multimillionaire. Players can choose to work together or compete individually in these modes.
