The story of Atelier Iris 2 the Azoth of Destiny takes place in the town of Selphena, where a young man named Phyllis returns home after seven years away. He soon discovers that he has a special connection to the magical forces known as "Azoth", and must embark on a journey with his friends and allies to uncover the secrets behind this power.
