The story of Legacy of Kain Defiance takes place centuries after the events of Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver . The protagonist, Raziel, is on a mission to stop the evil Kain from resurrecting the Nosferatu, powerful vampires that were thought to be extinct. Along the way, he must navigate through treacherous landscapes and fight against his former friends turned enemies.
The gameplay of Legacy of Kain Defiance is an action-packed mix of exploration and combat. Raziel can wield a variety of weapons, including swords and guns, to take down his enemies. He also has the ability to transform into a vampire, giving him new powers such as super strength and the ability to turn invisible.
