Swords of Destiny , released on November 24, 2000 for the PlayStation 2, follows the story of Lei Yun, a highly skilled warrior apprentice, as he battles against an evil race of powerful demons known as Gyakki. The dark forces threaten the land, and it's up to Lei Yun to put an end to their evil plans.
The gameplay of Swords of Destiny revolves around two main aspects: sword combat and aerial sword time. In combat, the player must strategically choose between three unique swords, each with its own special abilities, to defeat various Gyakki demons. Additionally, collecting enemy drops can provide further options for the player.
