Ferrari Challenge: Trofeo Pirelli is a re-make of F355 Challenge: Passione Rossa and made after Ferrari's actual racing series. Professional and amateur racers take part in a series of races sponsored by Ferrari, competing at 16 different International tracks including Silverstone in England and Homestead-Miami Speedway in Florida. There are over 50 different Ferrari models to race in.
The game features various modes such as Challenge , Arcade , Quick Race , Time Trial and includes the technical expertise of GP2 driver Bruno Senna. He lends his skills to give the cars and game a more realistic feel, including handling and responsive AI similar to their real-life counterparts.
The gameplay is similar across platforms but with some differences. Graphics and control schemes vary between the PS2, PS3, Wii, and Wii Wheel. The PS3 also features online capabilities where players can compete in online races.
