Soul Calibur V is a fighting game set in the fictional world of Soul Edge and Soulcalibur. The story takes place after the events of Soul Calibur IV, where two new swords, Soul Edge and Soul Edge II, have appeared, threatening to destroy the world.
The gameplay of Soul Calibur V focuses on 1-on-1 combat, with players able to choose from a variety of characters, each with their own unique abilities and fighting styles.
