Bonkers is based on the Disney TV series of the same name. Bonkers is a bob-cat police officer who reads about a contest for the best policeman in a newspaper. With his partner away, Bonkers sees this as an opportunity to grab the first prize and decides to enter the contest.
The goal of the game is for Bonkers to catch four famous criminals. Each criminal must be caught separately, with each one featuring a unique mini-game. The mini-games include running horizontally in a museum room to throw doughnuts at thieves, building a brick wall around a criminal in a yard, finding clothes hidden in crates before a bomb explodes, and driving a car from top-down view to chase down a criminal.
