The evil doctor has once again stolen the magical artifact known as "The Golden Egg", which gives him immense power over the city of New Swabia. With his plan to take over the city set in motion, it's up to Skipper, Kowalski, Rico, and Private to stop Dr. Blowhole and save their home.

The gameplay revolves around platforming, puzzle-solving, and combat. Players control each of the penguin characters, switching between them to access different areas and solve puzzles. The game features a variety of enemies, including Dr. Blowhole's robotic minions and other creatures from the series.
