Ninja Crusaders is set in a post-apocalyptic world where an alien invasion has left only a few ninjas standing. Blade and Talon, two skilled ninjas, are tasked with eradicating the extraterrestrial threat that has decimated humanity.
The gameplay of Ninja Crusaders involves side-scrolling action, with players able to jump high and navigate through levels while fighting off alien enemies. The game can be played solo or with a friend, making it a fun and competitive experience for two players. Initially, ninjas are equipped with a throwing star that serves as their primary weapon, but they can collect other items throughout the levels, such as a chain whip, sword, and bo staff, which offer greater power but shorter ranges.
