Warriors Orochi 3

The story begins after a period of peace, but it's shattered by the appearance of a Hydra. Three warriors - Sima Zhao, Ma Chao, and Hanbei Takenaka - team up with Kaguya to travel through time and rescue their fallen comrades. Their goal is to form an army against a new threat.

Players start with four characters from different worlds, including Dynasty Warriors and Samurai Warriors. The player must gather more warriors by altering the outcome of battles. The characters can be switched during battle to fight against hordes of enemy soldiers and officers.

In between battles, players return to their camp where they can buy and customize weapons, make characters bond together, equip them, and distribute growth points to raise their level. Certain discussions between warriors will unlock new stages or alternate versions of previously cleared battles.
