Warriors Orochi 3

A period of peace comes to an end as a Hydra appears, shattering the land's tranquility. Warriors from different worlds gather to fight the new threat, but only three survive with the help of Kaguya. Sima Zhao, Ma Chao, and Hanbei Takenaka travel through time to rescue their fallen comrades and form an army against the enemy.

Starting with only four characters, the player must gather warriors by altering the outcome of battles. The characters consist of Dynasty Warriors series and Samurai Warriors series, as well as a few from Ninja Gaiden and Dead or Alive.

The player chooses three warriors before each stage. In battle, these characters can switch places to fight against hordes of enemy soldiers and officers, gathering experience and gems until victory is achieved. Weapons and items can be acquired in battle. Between battles, the player returns to camp, where they can buy and customize weapons, make characters bond together, equip them, and distribute growth points to raise their level.

The game features a unique battle system, with characters able to switch places at any time. Certain conditions can unlock new stages or alternate versions of previously cleared battles through discussions between specific warriors.
