Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin

The story follows an undead cursed with dark memories, as he tries to reclaim his past. His journey takes him across various realms, searching for a cure and facing formidable foes along the way.

The gameplay has been tweaked by removing certain safe zones and adding new NPCs and enemies, including the Forlorn. The placement of enemies has been changed to create a whole new game dynamic, specifically for returning players. Online and campaign play have had tweaks for better balance, improved matchmaking, and enhanced graphics, as well as different item descriptions.

The PC (DirectX 11), PS4, and Xbox One versions have additional upgrades to graphics, sound, and performance. For these platforms online gameplay supports up to 6 players.
