The Test Drive series updates its long-running gameplay with a new storyline in this 2002 release. The game puts you in the driver's seat of a fast real-life sports car, letting you drive at reckless speeds through busy city streets and scenic highways.
In "The Underground" mode, you play as Dennis Black, an independent street racer who improves his standing with the help of a mysterious benefactor. This new storyline offers a fresh take on the series' racing formula.
The gameplay remains focused on high-speed racing, with four tracks to explore: San Francisco, Tokyo, London, and Monaco. These tracks are larger and more open than before, featuring multiple races and routes through each track.
