The lab mice, Pinky and The Brain, have a new plan to take over the world by stealing a prized script from Warner Bros. Studios. Yakko, Wakko, and Dot are asked to recover all 24 scenes of the film's script, which will earn them enough money to achieve their goal.

Some script scenes are hidden in secret places and require special tasks to be completed. Rescuing captured Warners can also provide an alternative path forward by entering the Water Tower stage from the map. Completing the game requires finding and collecting all 24 script scenes and using coins to unlock rewards and bonuses.
