Downtown Nekketsu Baseball Monogatari

The game features various stages of baseball such as batting, pitching and running bases, each with their own mini games and camera angles. Players can also use physical attacks like punches and kicks to gain an advantage.

As with other Nekketsu games, players can utilize their "ki" or willpower to trigger special moves. Strategic management is limited to choosing different base strategies for each player.
