Drop Pass

Tap for Burst of Speed (Offense), Hip Check (Defense), Fast-forward (Instant Replay)

Pass Puck, Switch to Player Closest to Puck (Offense), Switch to Player Closest to Puck (Defense), Switch control to the goalie (when closest player in manual goalie mode), Stop (Instant Replay)

Fake Shot (Offense - pass puck rather than take a shot)

Controls Direction of Skater, Passes and Shots (Offense), Controls Direction of Skater (Defense), Position the goalie (Goalie)

Press and hold when you pass or shoot to aim

Pass the puck

Take a wrist shot

Take a slap shot

Take a one-timer

Fake shot (stop the follow through swing)

Aim the puck "upstairs"

Aim the puck low

Move through the lines (during line change)

Choose an option

remove the goalie and gain an extra skater advantage (Goalie In/Out) / select whether the computer (automatic) or you (manual) control the goalie (Automatic/Manual Goalie) / toggle Announcer On or Off / toggle Sound between Stereo, Mono and Off

select and go to the Edit Lines Screen (Edit Lines) / display individual statistics for players who scored, assisted or committed penalties in the current game (Player Stats) / review Game and Player Stats, Scoring and Penalty Summaries, Edit Lines or Coach your team (End of Period/Game Menu)

display your opponent's stats (Player Stats)

select an option (End of Period/Game Menu) / scroll if additional information is off the current viewing screen (Scoring Summary)
