Class of Heroes

When the mysterious labyrinths appeared, the world was forever changed. Many adventurers delved into these mazes in search of riches, and it wasn't long before children began to follow their dreams of becoming heroes. To aid these young heroes, the Adventurer Academies were founded, with the goal of preparing them for their perilous journeys.

Players start at the Particus Academy, one of ten academies that offer a unique party assembly system. Each student has a different race, profession, and alignment, which affects compatibility within the party. The academy serves as a base where players can modify their team, purchase or sell equipment, practice alchemy, heal or revive injured party members, and take on new quests.

Exploring the labyrinths is a turn-based experience with a tension gauge that fills up over time. As this gauge fills, players can unleash Gambits to attack their enemies. However, if the entire party is defeated in one of these mazes, a rescue team can be sent after them, but the longer they take to arrive, the greater the risk of losing items or even permanent party member loss.
