Jet de GO! is a spin-off from the famous Densha de GO! series by Taito. Instead of trains, this title focuses exclusively on flying planes. Players can take off and land with a J-31 business jet, a mid-range Boeing 767 or a long haul Boeing 747. The game modes include Flight mode, Cruise mode and Lesson mode.

The story is centered around the pilot's goal to become a master flyer by mastering different aircraft and completing various flight objectives. As players progress through the game, they will encounter various scenarios that require them to adapt their flying skills to succeed.

Gameplay in Jet de GO! revolves around simulating real-world flying experiences. Players must navigate their chosen aircraft through various routes, avoiding obstacles and inclement weather conditions along the way. The game also features a career mode where players can upgrade their aircraft and unlock new features as they progress.
