Style and Respect are the two currencies that matter most in the game, with style affecting respect modifier and vice versa. Style points are earned by upgrading appearance, home, or car, while respect points come from activities like mini-games and diversions. Activities include six new mini-games such as "Crowd Control" and "FUZZ", as well as diversions like driving recklessly or playing poker in a casino.

Players can also engage in multiplayer modes, including coop-mode, deathmatch, team-deathmatch, and "Strong Arm", where teams compete to earn $100,000 by winning events based on single-player activities. Each activity has a time limit, and the winner goes home with $10,000.
