After his brother, known for taking extreme risks, disappears in the Himalayas, Eric Simmons reluctantly heads off to the village of Lhando, his last known location. He has arranged to meet with his brother's employer - but the town is completely deserted. What's more, everything has been abandoned, and bodies lie rotting in the streets. The locals were desperate to get away from someone... or some Cursed Mountain .
Cursed Mountain is a survival horror game where Eric explores haunted locations for clues that will lead him to Frank's disappearance. He can use his "third eye" to see the unseen, such as sacred seals, by pointing the Wii Remote at the screen. As he progresses, he'll discover upgrades for his pick axe, allowing him to break more seals and progress further.
Gameplay involves fighting ghosts with gestures using the Wii Remote and Nunchuk. Eric can also use his pick axe to attack and finish off ghosts by finding their weak point. The game features mountain climbing mechanics in the Wii version, where players can climb icy walls by gesturing upward in a climbing motion.
As Eric explores, he'll uncover more secrets about Cursed Mountain , including the mysterious Chomolonzo and Frank's disappearance. With its survival horror elements and unique gameplay mechanics, Cursed Mountain is a thrilling experience for fans of the genre.
