Galaxy Force II is an expanded version of Galaxy Force . It adds two additional levels, the old levels are revised (expanded and re-balanced) and the four missiles can be fired with a single button press.
You play as a spaceship pilot taking on six challenging environments, from serene gardens to hostile fire and icy terrain. Your goal is to navigate through tunnels and canyons before destroying an alien base. Your energy level starts at 1200 and decreases when hit by shots or colliding with obstacles. You have unlimited cannons and guided missiles to aid you in your mission.
Your energy levels can be replenished and power upgrades obtained by collecting carrier pods after shooting them down.
