The World's Greatest Football Game is a football strategy game that challenges you to lead your team to victory in American football.
A 2-player competitive strategy game, The World's Greatest Football Game lets you design your own plays to compete against the opposing team. Plays can be saved on a disk, and successful plays can be reused during future matches. The gameplay follows standard American football rules, with an interactive timer and scoreboard keeping track of the action.
During each play, you watch the animated action on the screen from a top-down perspective, controlling 1 - 2 key players during the action phase. You can define the length of each quarter, adding to the strategy and excitement of the game.
