The goal of Overlord is for you to lead your squadron through various missions and operations in Northern France during World War II. You are tasked with destroying German forces occupying the region, all while navigating the challenges of aerial combat.
Gameplay involves controlling one of three planes: the Typhoon 18, Mustang III, or Spitfire IX. You will engage in dogfights with enemy aircraft, complete missions and objectives, and manage your resources to ensure the success of your squadron.
