River City Girls

River City Girls brings to life a tale of two girls, Kunio and Riki, who find themselves wrongly accused of a crime they didn't commit. Their quest for justice takes them on a journey through the streets of River City, where they must fight their way through hordes of enemies to clear their names.

The gameplay is fast-paced and action-packed, with players able to unleash a variety of attacks and special moves to take down opponents. Completing side-scrolling stages and defeating end-level bosses are key components of the game, with additional challenges such as biking sequences adding an extra layer of difficulty.

Joined by their girlfriends Misako and Kyoko, Kunio and Riki can tap into their unique abilities and work together to take down enemies. The game also features non-interactive cutscenes and dialogues that help tell the story, along with new anime openings and manga-style cutscenes.

A port for the Nintendo Switch console brings this action-packed fighting game to modern audiences, featuring an image gallery with vintage artwork and additional content.
