Kick-Ass 2

The game takes place across several locations that players explore along a linear path. Each location consists mainly of fighting encounters, punctuated by short puzzles where players must disable electricity through timing sequences to progress. Kick-Ass fights using two main moves that can be combined into combos. Certain combos stun opponents, allowing players to extend the chain. After a set number of combo hits, finisher moves become available. Kick-Ass can also dodge and roll to avoid incoming attacks and disarm certain enemies wielding baseball bats or guns. Players will encounter boss battles at various points.

There are two types of optional objectives in the game. Players must find 24 pieces of offensive graffiti to spray over them. Additionally, a Wi-Fi signal symbol can be found at certain spots. Kick-Ass can use the Weeter social network (a spoof of Twitter) to broadcast messages about his exploits at specific locations.
