Alex Kidd in Miracle World

The fate of Radactian rests on Alex's shoulders as he must navigate through eleven locations, each with its own unique challenges and dangers. Along the way, he can collect bags of coins to buy items at the shop and help him progress. However, he must also avoid traps such as a ghost that chases him.

As Alex progresses through his journey, he learns that he must defeat Janken the Great, Emperor of Janbarik, in order to save Radactian from destruction. To do so, he must win three times at the game of Janken, which is similar to "scissors, paper, stone". If he loses, he will be turned to stone and vanish forever.

Alex also uses his fists to fight against Janken's enemies, such as birds and sea horses. When things get tough, he can use the power bracelet to perform a powerful trick called the "Shocking Waves of Destruction", which is an ancient technique in the art of Shellcore.

Before facing off against Janken, Alex must first rescue his brother Egle from imprisonment and gather more information about the city's fate. With determination and skill, he can overcome any obstacle and save Radactian from destruction.
