Pit-Fighter is a 3rd-person fight game that features digitized graphics of real fighters and zooming effects. Players select one of three fighters (Buzz, Ty or Kato) to take on anyone who dares. At the conclusion of a match, players are individually awarded a Knockout Bonus, Brutality Bonus, and a Fight Purse. Every third match is a Grudge Match where players test the skills of each other.
Gameplay involves one-on-one fighting matches with an emphasis on knockdowns. The last man standing wins the match. Players can earn rewards for their performance, including a chance to face the Masked Warrior in the Elimination Match. With its unique blend of 3D-style graphics and fast-paced action, Pit-Fighter provides hours of intense fighting entertainment.
Pit-Fighter was released on the Sega Genesis console in 1991, offering a fun and challenging experience for fans of fighting games. With its simple yet addictive gameplay, Pit-Fighter remains a classic title that is still enjoyed by gamers today.
