X-Men 2: Clone Wars is a challenging adventure game for the Sega Genesis console. An alien force known as the Phalanx threatens to control Earth, and it's up to the X-Men to stop them. The team consists of multiple heroes with unique abilities, each with their own strengths and weaknesses.
The gameplay involves side-scrolling action, similar to the previous title, but with a greater variety of playable characters. Players can switch between Beast, Gambit, Nightcrawler, Psylocke, Wolverine, Cyclops, and Magneto to overcome obstacles and defeat enemies.
