Hangry Dinosaurs is a puzzle game that combines elements of the classic board game Othello with a prehistoric twist. The story revolves around a competition between dinosaurs where players take turns placing eggs on a 9x9 grid. The objective is to trap an opponent's eggs by creating a row, either horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.
The gameplay is straightforward: each player takes turns laying an egg into one of the empty grids. When a player successfully traps an opponent's eggs, they change color. The game ends after a set amount of time, and the player with the most eggs on the grid at that point wins. Multiple matches can be played, allowing up to four players to compete against each other.
Hangry Dinosaurs was released for the Super Nintendo in 1995.
