Cel Damage is a vehicular combat game set in a cartoon universe. The game features 12 different environments, including cities, deserts, and forests. Players can choose from a variety of wild weapons, such as a chainsaw or a giant axe, to wreak havoc on their opponents.
The gameplay modes in Cel Damage include Smack Attack, where players must hit their opponents to gain points; Gate Relay, which requires players to pass checkpoints five times before their enemies do; and Flag Rally, a capture-the-flag style mode. The game also features six playable characters, with four unlockable guest stars. Cel Damage can be played with one to four players.
