When Pocket Racers crashes a teenager's party, it uses its magic to turn all their cars into miniature ones. Hannah, Claire, Vicky, Roger, and Mitch must use these pocket cars to win races and collect soul gems and shards to become human again.
The racing gameplay in Pocket Racers is the same for each challenge, but with different settings such as a garden or bathroom. The small cars navigate through tracks loaded with obstacles like bottles and appliances. There are power-ups that can help or hinder opponents, and the game features four camera perspectives and a reset button.
The Pocket Racers game also includes time trial and practice modes, as well as a car park where players can customize their vehicles. Many vehicles need to be unlocked at the start of the game. The game has online multiplayer options for racing, soccer, and domination modes.
