Getting Started

MEMORY CARD SLOTS (ABOVE CONTROLLER PORTS)
Set up your PlayStation game console according to the instructions in its Instruction Manual. Make sure the power is OFF before inserting or removing a compact disc.
Insert the Totally Angelica™ disc and close the Disc Cover. Insert game controllers and turn on the PlayStation game console. To bypass the opening video, press START.
After the video finishes, the Title screen appears. Press START to advance to the Main Menu.
Main Menu
New Game
Select this option to start a new game from the 1st Floor of The Mall.
Load Game/Save Game
To load a saved game from a Memory Card, highlight LOAD Game and press the ➤ button.
To save a game, you must complete a Fashion Show. After you have completed a Fashion Show, you will be taken to the Save Game screen. Highlight YES and press the button to save your game.
Note: Please insert a Memory Card in Memory Card slot 1 in order to save your game.
OPTIONS
Select OPTIONS from the Main Menu to change game settings. Move the directional buttons or the left Analog Stick ↑ or ↓ to highlight an option and ← or → to adjust the setting. Press the Ⓐ button to exit.

Music Volume – Adjust the music volume.
•
Sound Volume – Adjust the sound effects volume.
•
Difficulty – Make Totally Angelica EASY, MEDIUM, or HARD.
The Mall
Angelica is exploring the shopping mall in search of stores and items to win. Starting on the 1st floor, enter the shops to play games in order to win clothes and accessories for Angelica's fashion ensemble.
Enter a store to play a mini-game. By completing the mini-game, you can choose a prize. Collect as many clothes, wigs, and accessories as you can, then enter the fashion show.
In the fashion show, play dress-up with Angelica. Create different outfits with the items you've won. The Rugrats babies will judge your outfit.
Each fashion show score earns you points toward the other mall floors. When you've won enough points, use the elevator to go to the next floor. Each floor features different games and new items to win!
In the Mall
Stand in front of a shop and Tommy will tell you what game is inside. Press ↑ to enter. The items displayed in the store window show the types of prizes you can win in that game.
Angelica can win shoes, clothing, hairstyles, hats, make-up, and jewelry in the different stores.
Angelica can go to the fashion show each time she wins an item. Every trip down the catwalk earns points toward the next floor of the mall.
Note: You will have to visit the fashion show several times in order to earn enough points to visit the next floor.
Here are the necessary scores to advance to the higher floors:
Press the button to go into an elevator. Once inside, press ↑ or ↓ to change the floor level. Press the button to go to the selected floor level.
Winning a Prize
Successfully complete a mini-game to win prizes to wear in the fashion show!
To keep a prize:

Press ⬅ or ➡ to see the possible prizes.
•
To keep a prize, press the ✖ button. To cancel, press the ▲ button.
You will keep whatever Angelica is wearing when you exit the prize screen.
The Fashion Show
Each time Angelica wins an item she can go to the fashion show. On each floor is a door labeled "Fashion show." When Angelica is ready to enter the fashion show, go to that door.

Press to enter the fashion show.

Press or to highlight the options.
•
Press the button to select an option.
Choose an Item
Select each accessory to wear, just like when you win a prize!

Press or to select the type of item.
•
Press or to change the item.
•
Press to highlight the exit button.
•
Press the button to exit.
•
Hairstyle - Change the style of Angelica's hair, or put on a wacky wig or hat.
•
Clothes - Dress up Angelica in clothing and shoes.
•
Make-up - Put on different kinds of eye shadow, blush and lipstick.
•
Jewelry - Add glittering jewelry to complete her look.
Catwalk
Angelica will appear on the screen wearing the outfit you have created. The Rugrat judges will give you a score for your outfit. Once Angelica has left the stage, you will be asked to save your game. Follow the on-screen instructions, then press to continue.
The Mini-Games
TOMMY'S COOKIE CATCH
Goal: Catch the falling cookies as fast as you can!
Directions: Move the directional buttons left or right under the cookies to catch them in the bag. Catch enough cookies in your bag and you will earn a prize!
PHIL AND LIL'S BUG HUNT
