Syndicate Wars is a strategy game where you control either Eurocorp Syndicate or Church of the New Epoch as they battle for world domination. You must help them dominate the world across 60 violent missions spread through 30 cities. You receive e-mails containing the mission plans.
The gameplay involves directing your squad of four men through rotatable 3D city views, shooting foes as needed. New weapons such as nuclear grenades and psycho gas are available. Travel is facilitated by tubes, a monorail system, and antigrav vehicles, giving the game a futuristic feel. The PC version allows for 8-player battles over modem and network.
