Made Man follows the story of Joey Verola as he recounts his life of crime to an unknown person. The game's narrative starts with Joey's delivery going awry in North Carolina, marking the beginning of his criminal journey.
The gameplay is action-packed and adventurous, presented from a third-person perspective similar to Max Payne. Character movement is controlled using the W, A, S, and D keys, while the mouse serves multiple purposes: aiming and shooting, as well as limited camera control. Cover is taken behind objects by pressing space, allowing players to take shots from a safe distance. The game also features a "kill rush" mode after filling up a "kill meter", adding an extra layer of challenge to the gameplay.
