Adventures begin when aliens kidnap your girlfriend, forcing you to navigate through various levels in order to rescue her.
The gameplay remains largely the same as Adventure Island II , with a world map and pre-level item selection. Each level is relatively short compared to its predecessor, Adventure Island , which featured large levels with multiple stages.
Expect standard Adventure Island activities, including riding dinosaurs, throwing items at enemies, collecting fruit, jumping over obstacles, and cruising on your skateboard through the jungle landscape.
