The game of Strike Force Bowling on the PlayStation 2 is a fun twist on the classic game of ten-pin bowling. In this game, you're attempting to knock down an arrangement of 10 pins in a triangular shape by bowling a ball down a gutter-lined path.
You have two shots to knock down as many pins as possible, and scoring will be based on how many pins you manage to knock down on each bowl. If you knock down all ten pins with just two balls, you'll get the score from your next bowl doubled – known as a 'spare' – or even better, if it took two shots, your next two bowls will be scored. This adds an exciting element of strategy and excitement to the game.
One of the unique features of Strike Force Bowling is its varied gameplay modes. Players can choose from 8 different settings, including a tropical island, ancient Egypt, or on a pirate ship. Additionally, there are 8 different AI players, each with their own appearance and reaction, and varying bowling ability.
Players can enjoy Tournament Play, Skins, or practice mode, all while using easy-to-use controls that incorporate physics, ball friction, and delivery style for realistic ball reactions.
