Late Shift is a crime thriller set in London at night, where Matt, an ordinary guy working late shift, finds himself caught up in a desperate heist. Being held at gunpoint by an injured burglar, Matt must choose between escape or capture, leading to his involvement with a group of thieves trying to steal a priceless Ming Dynasty Chinese cup.
The game is played as a non-stop interactive movie, where the player's choices determine the story's progression and lead to multiple endings. With time limits for decision-making, failing to respond yields default answers. Completing the full-length feature-style movie unlocks chapter data, including choice count, ending reach, and unlocked chapters.
