Superbeat: XONiC is a rhythm action game that includes several different game modes designed for different difficulty levels. The game can be played using buttons or the touch screen, or both. When playing, you navigate through a tunnel in first-person perspective as notes approach from either the left or right side of the screen. To play, simply tap the note when it reaches your character, with some notes requiring quick taps or holds, and others needing movement that can be achieved using the analog control sticks if touch-screen is not used.
The game features a wide range of tracks, many of which are available as downloadable content. Players can choose from various game modes to suit their skill level, ensuring an enjoyable experience regardless of how challenging they find it.
