Stupid Invaders , released for the Sega Dreamcast in June 2001, is an action & adventure game based on the French and German animated TV series Space Goofs . The story follows five aliens - Candy, Etno, Gorgious, Stereo and Bud - who crashland on Earth and hide out in an abandoned house while they repair their spaceship. Meanwhile, Dr Sakarin, an evil alien-collecting scientist, has discovered their location and sends his henchman Bolok to capture them. The player must alternate between controlling each of the five aliens to help them escape.
The gameplay involves interacting with the environment in a point-and-click fashion, with up to six items that can be carried simultaneously and used to solve puzzles. However, many actions can lead to instant death, which is often graphically depicted for comedic effect. With its humorous tone and challenging gameplay, Stupid Invaders offers a unique gaming experience.
