Sega Force is an action-adventure game set on a space station. Players take control of Alex, a security officer who must stop an alien threat from taking over the station. With the help of his AI assistant, Alex must fight his way through hordes of aliens and navigate through zero-gravity environments to reach the heart of the station.
Gameplay involves side-scrolling action, with Alex able to jump and perform a variety of attacks on enemies. Players can also collect power-ups and upgrades to improve their abilities. The game features a unique "force field" system, which allows players to push objects and enemies into different areas of the screen.
