Hello Kitty Happy Party Pals is a party game where Hello Kitty needs help organizing parties.

The guests' happiness can be gauged through a percentage displayed on their heads or by talking to them. If a certain rating is achieved, Hello Kitty can move on to the next level.

The gameplay involves various tasks such as collecting supplies, decorating the room, and interacting with guests. Each party has its unique mini-games, like making cakes, playing Bouncing Balloons in the sandbox, or matching identical cards in a Concentration variant. The game features many Sanrio characters and is the first Hello Kitty game for the GameBoy Advance.
