Batman: Arkham Asylum brings back Batman , a renowned superhero, as he faces off against his arch-nemesis Joker within the walls of Arkham Asylum. The Joker has escaped, and the inmates have taken over the asylum.
As you play through this action-packed adventure game, Batman must use stealth, detective work, and combat skills to navigate the grounds and wings of the asylum, with the ultimate goal of apprehending Joker . Along the way, he will encounter other dangerous foes, but won't be alone.
The gameplay involves using various tools such as the grappling hook, Batarangs, explosive gel, zipline, and electronic vision to aid Batman in his quest. As you progress through the game, you'll earn experience points that can be used to upgrade or purchase new abilities for Batman's arsenal.
Throughout the asylum, you'll find 240 "riddles" from Riddler , as well as achievements and trophies to unlock on your chosen gaming platform: Xbox 360.
