Timeshift , released on the Xbox 360 console, is an action and adventure game where you play as the protagonist who must stop Aiden Krone from taking over the world. After Krone's catastrophic attempt to use a time-traveling suit, you wake up in a future where he has established a totalitarian state.
Fight your way through hordes of enemies using futuristic and conventional weapons, while also utilizing your time-manipulating suit to slow down, rewind, and forward time. This feature allows you to overcome obstacles like fire, trick your enemies, and solve small puzzles.
Timeshift 's time manipulation element is different from other games in the series. When you die due to injuries, you remain dead and have to reload rather than being able to rewind. The game also doesn't feature medipacks, so you must rest for a short period to heal.
The multiplayer mode features various game modes such as Deathmatch, Team-Deathmatch, One-on-One, Capture the flag, King of Time, and Meltdown Madness. In these modes, you can use items like Chrono Grenades, Time Shield, and Time Resistance power-up to gain an advantage.
