Buck Rogers Planet of Zoom

The gameplay involves side-scrolling left or right, stopping, moving forward (faster) and backward (slower), as well as firing your weapon to blast enemy ships. Each level has a specific requirement of pylons to collect, which increases with each sector. Additionally, you'll encounter flying saucers in certain sectors that need to be avoided or shot down. The game also introduces erratic robot spaceships that will try to crash into your ship.

The game ends when you lose all three lives by crashing into pylons or enemy ships, or when the allocated time runs out (indicated by a long bar at the top center screen). To make things more challenging, speeding up your ship can also introduce maneuverability issues. Your overall score increases with distance traveled, pylons passed, and enemy spaceships shot down.
