In this soccer game, each team has one forward, two backs and a goalie. The forward and backs always run in formation. You only control the goalie when he has the ball, otherwise he is computer controlled.
The game is played in 2 halves with the object to score as many goals as you can in the time allowed. The allowed time varies by game setting.
Player one and two can switch difficulty levels by pressing left or right respectively. Pressing A will also make your goal wider, giving the other player an advantage.
The number of players affects gameplay with 1-27 being a 2-player game and 28-54 being against the computer.
Player speed varies from slow to fast depending on the game setting, with each half lasting three, four or five minutes respectively. There are no out-of-bounds penalties in games 1-9 and 28-54, but for the sidelines only in games 4-24 and full penalties in games 7-27.
Goal sizes vary from large to small depending on the game setting, with large goals being used in some games and medium size in others. The computer opponent difficulty is easy, medium or hard, with different difficulties for each game setting.
