In the future, humanity suffers from a deadly virus. The only antidote functions like a drug and big corporations exploit this situation. They are free to act without any supervision and this results in armed war between them. The hero Suspicious Cargo , small-time smuggler, has no part in this until he gets force-employed by one of those corporations to bring a living freight, a product of genetic engineering, to Earth.
The gameplay revolves around navigating through obstacles and challenges on the way to Earth. Players can interact with the environment and characters using a graphical user interface, where clicking on symbols can construct commands, or typing in text commands if preferred. A map is also available to help navigate the space ship, while a full-screen picture can be opened to illustrate certain situations.
While the game's primary focus is on overcoming obstacles, there are optional action sequences such as opening locks or landing on a moon that can be included in the gameplay. The overall goal remains the same: to successfully deliver the freight and save humanity from the deadly virus.
