Tiger Road is a beat 'em up where you play as Lee Wong and must rescue village children from Ryo Ken Oh. The game features many horizontally scrolling levels with high ledges to jump onto for an alternative path. You'll find magic urns containing improved weapons throughout the game. Most enemies are easy to defeat, but they come in large numbers.
Gameplay involves fighting your way through hordes of enemies, most of which can be defeated with just one hit. However, there are tougher enemies that can take you down with a single hit, found in indoor sections set on multiple levels, including stairways.
