Game Boy Wars 3 , a turn-based strategy game, is the last installment in the Game Boy Wars series for the Game Boy Color. The story follows a familiar pattern: the Red Star army clashes with the White Moon army.
The objective remains the same: destroy all enemy forces or capture their capital city. Players can purchase various units, such as soldiers, vehicles, tanks, planes, helicopters, and boats. Game Boy Wars 3 introduces new challenges by requiring players to gather resources and materials to construct new units. Battles and other actions like sieges are depicted through brief animated sequences.
The game boasts 60 maps in its skirmish mode (standard play) and 45 campaign missions. Game Boy Wars 3 also features a Beginner Mode for players of all skill levels.
