The 3rd Birthday is the third game in Parasite Eve series. You play as Aya Brea, who used to be a NYPD cop but now works for the CTI (Counter Twisted Organization). The CTI fights against a new type of enemy called Twisted that has appeared suddenly. The game features 3D graphics with no static background and an over-the-shoulder camera. Aya has a special ability called Overdrive, which allows her to transfer her soul to other allies on the battlefield.

The gameplay in The 3rd Birthday is an action-packed third person shooter. You control Aya as she fights against hordes of Twisted enemies, using her special abilities and guns to take them down. The game also features a variety of boss battles where you'll face off against powerful Twisted creatures.

The 3rd Birthday was released on the PSP console in December 2010.
