Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance is an enhanced port of Shin Megami Tensei V .
This re-release features a brand new story route, Canon of Vengeance, the events of which take place alongside the main story. It includes all downloadable content from the original version, as well as quality-of-life fixes, new gameplay mechanics and demons, and additional language localisations that weren't present in the original version.
Gameplay in Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance is a traditional RPG experience with turn-based combat. Players must navigate a world filled with demon creatures, forming alliances, summoning powerful entities to aid them in battle, and making tough decisions that will impact the story.
The game takes place in modern-day Tokyo, where players take on the role of a protagonist who can interact with demons using a special device known as an NGU. The player's goal is to explore the city, build relationships with various characters, and uncover the truth behind a series of mysterious events.
